Jamie Foxx has paid a moving

tribute to his sister, Deondra Dixon, who

has died at the age of 36. The actor said
Deondra, who had Down's syndrome
and was an ambassador for the Global
Down Syndrome Foundation, "is in
heaven now dancing with her wings on".
The actor added: "| love you with every
ounce of me.. our family is shattered
but we will put the pieces back together
with your love." Deondra spent time
working to raise money for the Global
Down Syndrome Foundation, who
described her as "talented, intelligent,
feisty, beautiful, kind, loving, caring land]
pure". Dixon's profile on the foundation's
website reads: "I feel I was born to dance.
I want to be a professional dancer. My
brother has given me a chance to do
some special things. I danced in his
video Blame lt. Ive danced on stage at
some of his concerts all over the country.
And guess what? l've danced at the
